I’ve been in the Oshawa Dating scene for about two years now. In this time, I’ve met a tonne of great people, and not only other people who are Oshawa dating , but people who are literally from around the country. Its kind of crazy to think about how many people I’ve actually met in just two years of Oshawa dating. A lot of good dates, and definitely a lot of bad ones…funny, but bad none the less. I used to go to the bars a lot to meet people, sure its fun to get out there, have some drinks, get on the dance floor and party it up, but it ended up getting really tiring. I found myself spending more money per night than I should have been, and my health was deteriorating faster than you can say liver failure. Oh, but Oshawa dating is awesome, kind of hard to quit come to think of it.

            One of my favorite things to do while I’m In Oshawa dating is definitely bowling. Oshawa Dating and bowling go hand and hand. Bowling has the potential to make any date, (even a lame one) very fun. I should be more clear though, I don’t mean bringing your date to your Thursday team practice… I mean the spur the moment,  “hey, lets get outta here and go bowling”  kind. That is an unrivalled blast.  

Another thing I like to do while I’m in Oshawa dating  is rent a bunch of old classics and have a movie night, but of course, there has to be popcorn, what kind of movie night doesn’t have popcorn!? Here‘s a pointer for all the guys out there that are in Oshawa dating and don’t know what to rent to win over that special lady friend of theirs. The Notebook.. And… the Notebook, and once more… the Notebook.

 A guaranteed tear jerker. And for all the women out there who aren’t sure what to rent for us gents, pretty much anything that hasn’t been deemed “a chick flick” will suffice. Anyways, that is My Oshawa dating advice, have fun.

I must admit that I’m from a time when the internet didn’t even exist. Back in my day, we met women the good old fashioned way. Ah I remember one time I took Hazel Louis out to dinner, we had a great time, we went to the drive in afterwards and I managed my first kiss. But things are pretty different these days. Free dating services have changed the dating scenario of the era. You can’t just ask a girl to dance and then go from there, it seems like in today’s world they want material possessions, if you aren’t rich, they aren’t interested, it’s a real shame it is. 

You may say I’m an old fart and I shouldn’t even consider free dating services. My grandson Marcus has been using this online dating lately and I figured, heck, my wife has been gone for 10 years, why should I have to suffer loneliness anymore. I’ve never really used a computer before except to write out my daily blog “grandpa’s diary”. I asked Marcus to help me get going with the free dating services; we got onto this online dating site pretty quickly. He told me that using free dating services is the fastest and simplest way to find someone interesting. I took his advice, he’s a smart kid, I’m really proud of him.

Well, while I was free dating services 3 days ago I met this beautiful woman named Anne, she is a few years younger than myself, but age doesn’t really matter, I asked her if she’d like to come for dinner sometime, she thought we’d best get to know each other before we did that, good plan, I already have enough children! So Anne and I will keep on trying the same free dating service, and when the time is right we will take our online dating relationship to the next level and maybe go out for that dinner. I am very excited for this, it’s a totally new concept to me and I’m really looking forward to just getting back into the dating community. I used to be quite the fox, well, so I’m told. I hope Anne likes ballroom dancing… I’m certainly good at that, I used to be able to dance up a storm.

Its time we should break the cocoon of out-dated traditions and join the new phase of technological development. We are living in a world that is absolutely saturated with technology from head to toe, why not use these resources to our advantage. The internet is one of the most useful tools ever invented; not only can we find recipes or maps but we can meet new people that share common interests with us. And the most useful contribution of technology to mankind is free date sites. Free date sites will allow you to connect with people that fit your exact criterion, no longer will you rely on a friend to pair you with someone you’ve never met, and hope that it works out. I strongly believe that everyone should use these free date sites and stop wasting time on blind dates that almost never turn out. I don’t know about you, but the last time I let my friend convince me into going on a blind date, I got slapped for apparently “not being funny.”

Now I log onto my favorite dating site check my messages, talk to a few people who sound interesting and decide if one of them sounds like a good match!
