Hello singles of Kisscafe,

    Feeling that the profile didn't allow me enough freedom to truly convey all that was me (also I think the chances of my blog actually being read are about as good as making cold fusion work withing my lifetime, hello sweet electronic oblivion); I thought I'd knock it out with my first blog (those two birds better watch out cause I got a heavy stone). This marks something like my 5th or 6th dating site profile (other notables include Okcupid and geek2geek), and I haven't had too much success. I have the uncanny ability to stick my foot in my mouth with near surgical precision on introductory emails. I know this, but somehow nothing I try seems to work. I really am an honest and caring person and I have no problem making guy friends (or friends with the girlfriends of said friends), but when it comes to single members of the opposite sex; I take on some sort of social paralysis that inhibits my brain from making any bloody sense (I use English slang instead of American.....deal). So if you're reading this after I've emailed you, I swear I'm not as creepy and weird as I seem (Ok, I am that weird but I'm not creepy). My humor is a little strange but once you get it, you'll love it.

     Other things not mentioned in the regular profile to it's fullest extent, is I'm a political junkie. News & politics is my heroine although with things being the way the y are I sometimes feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Case in point. I have a deep love of the principles that this country was founded on, and to see them trampled on by the current administration and ignored by the public by and large is infuriating. I also spend an inordinate amount of time on the survival of the human race (another reason why I feel like I'm taking crazy pills), we like to think of the earth as this thing that will be here forever...In truth we need to get the hell off this rock as fast as we can! Well I'll leave it at that for now, hope all is well with you.

P.S. Note to all you lovely Canadian singles on this site. I honestly and truly   country  is declining towards fascism, so I'm willing to make you a deal. Marry me and sponsor my Canadian citizenship and I will be you're slave for life! Or at least till I'm a citizen and then you can kick my ass to the curb :) Think about it, I can make it worth your while.... ;)
